![]() Well we finally broke down and bought a giant mirror just like the one that was originally in the show suite. 5 X 7 feet! We had LOVED the one in the show suite. However, Clint didn't like the greyness of that frame - it blended in too much and just seemed washed out and bleah to him. I had been totally smitten with it, though. So hoped to just replace it. But, since I can't always get my own way and I also thought that the original mirror would be $1,000 or so to buy off the developers - I agreed to buy one the same size but with a different frame. We spent half an hour pouring over frames and finally decided on one with a strong wood grain but in a charcoal black. The mirror glass was about $250, expensive enough but for the size, we weren't too put off. So we went ahead and ordered the frame. Naturally we were shocked mindless when we found out that the frame was $800! Ack! Well we bought it anyways. Picked it up in our pickup and drove it 2 kph home. Wow! I didn't know that glass flexed like that! Eeek. I was terrified that it would crack. Clint was more confident than I. Long story short it arrived safely and we installed it, with the help of one of the remaining construction workers. The install cost us the price of a case of beer rather than the $200 that the glass shop wanted. Grin. Well it looks so good. I am flabbergasted. Certainly better than the gray one. Woohoo.

Wow..it is fantastic!!!! Looks like a window onto the world. I like the darker frame as it pulls you into the mirror, if you know what I mean.
