He left me some money in his will. Wow! Very surprised, but also grateful. Since it is 3 pieces ... it took me an hour to hang it and get it straight. It's apparently a pier in Campbell River. We've not been there, but it's at least BC local. :) It matches our 'water' theme. We love it.

About 25 motorbikes were there. Maybe 50 people. Rode from JARZ shop in Abbotsford to Bridal Falls and then around to the Sasquatch pub in Harrison Mills. Had a rest stop and lunch there then carried on and drove to Dewdney Pub in Dewdney. A nice quaint local pub in Dewdney.
For anyone who wants to leave a comment, but finds it hard to see how. This stupidest website is not clear. 1. Find where it counts the number of comments. 2. Click the number or the word "comments". 3. Leave me a comment. Xox Need: matcha tea powder, tsp of honey, mug, tiny mesh strainer, chasen (matcha whisk), boiled water.. 1. Get 1/2 cup of milk warming. 2. Put strainer over mug and put 1 tsp matcha tea in strainer. 3. Jiggle strainer so that tea powder sifts into mug. Press leftover tea 'beads' thru strainer with your finger or a spoon. . 4. Pour 1/4 cup boiled water into mug and whip/stir with chasen until a bit frothy. About 30 sec.. 5. Use another 1/4 cup hot water to rinse chasen (into mug). 6. Add 1 tsp honey and stir with a spoon until dissolved. 7. Add warm milk and stir again. I'm often too lazy to warm they'll so my tea is lukewarm, but I still love it! 8. Drink and enjoy. BUT keep your spoon handy. You need to stir it once in a while. LOL These pix are from on the water. It's a large fire but u can't see flames in daylight. Many smoking hot spots. |
