We have a new offer on our place. $309,000. Wait and see though. Subject only to buyer getting financing. Subjects come off on April 30. The date is problematic though since subjects (that we sell our place) come off on the same day. This makes it tough to reduce the overprice we bid on Miramar. We wish the buyer's subjects came off a day later. It's a total schmozzle since the only reason we agreed to reduce our price was on the assurances of our realtor that the Miramar owners would drop their price. Now he's hedging, humming & hawing. We are SORE pissed at him!
We r still practicing dance, but are not going to Arthur Murray any more. The price is too outrageous.
